1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the PlayCheck Guitar application and this website. Using either means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. The licence

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use PlayCheck Guitar on devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, reselling, and redistributing the application or the website are not permitted. One person or household, one licence.

3. Subscriptions

The app is free to download. The annual subscription covers live connection time, live feedback, and coaching.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date and you keep access to the period already paid for.
Purchases made on iOS or Android are between you and Apple or Google, under their terms as well as these.
Prices are shown before you pay and may change. We will not change the price of a subscription you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Purchases made on this website can be refunded within 30 days by writing to [email protected] from the address you bought with. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded through those stores, under their policies.

5. Scores and music files

PlayCheck Guitar plays score files you supply. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Nothing in the app or on this website grants rights to any piece of music, tablature, or notation.

6. Third-party names

PlayCheck Guitar is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AeroBand, Jamstik, Fishman, Roland, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Hardware and store names appear only to identify products the app works with.

7. No warranty

The app and this website are provided as-is. Note detection, grading, and coaching feedback are aids to practice, not a substitute for a teacher. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate in every case, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. Ending the agreement does not change what you owe for a period already paid for.
